We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the following business day after processing.
Please allow extra time during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.

Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?
To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses. This means your items may arrive in separate parcels and on different days, even if ordered together.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in AUD (Australian Dollars), which means you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
